Hello! I am Barbara Lina Lei; a Good Fun Ecstatic Mom; Coach, Holistic Practitioner of Aromatherapy, Instructor and Trainer of specialty. Fitness is a huge part of my wellness routine so it’s important that I support my body in a way that allows me to achieve my fitness goals. With one passion in mind, and that’s to seek wellness as a whole; holistic approach to life physically, mentally, emotionally.

For your info, I am not a professional dancer nor am I a gym goer however I believe if you can move, trust you can engage yourself in some kind of physical activity to sustain or improve health; matter of fact, dancing to fitness should be very spontaneous. Embark on a journey (awaken the mind, body, and spirit) to complete wellness through conscious movement, music and mindfulness.  

Zumba® is awesome for mental, emotional, physical well-being. Zumba Fitness, LLC.  brings people and fitness together in the most possible fun healthy way, and it combines Latin and International music with a fun and effective workout system. Perfect for everybody however to me thru my personal experiences it’s not for every body.

Consider self care thru lymphatic drainage : Lymphatic fluid is completely dependent on physical exercise to move and the up-and-down repetitive rhythmic gravitational motion of bouncing, the lymph system one-way vales to open and close increasing lymph flow provides a simple, zero-impact exercise method with long-term mental and physical health benefits. These benefits include increasing oxygen uptake and promoting detoxification via the lungs, skin and lymph.

And everybody loves a happy ending with the fact that ‘Laughter Is The Best Medicine’. I practice several breathing exercises techniques incorporating the therapeutic benefits of aromatherapy in my every workout when cooling down.

One of the most important things you can do to support your fitness goals is to care for your joints and muscles. I know that when I intensify my workouts, aches and pains are soon to follow! For times like these, using a soothing all-natural muscle rub infused with healing essential oils is the perfect way to prepare ourselves before a workout, deflect inflammation, decrease discomfort, and improve recovery after the workout.


Aromatherapy Workouts starring Barbara is fun packed with her very own fitness regime; customizable to a good 5 to 10 mins Warm Up, 20 to 30 mins Main Workout, 5 to 10 mins Cool Down. This Aromatherapy Fitness to ideally include 10 minutes scheduled for bonding, set up and pack down. Total customizable +/- 30 to 60 minutes per session.

A fun multisensory movement conscious workout through our five senses; touch, sight, hearing, smell and taste:

  1. Smell -> Fill your space with the therapeutic scent of essential oils
  2. Hearing -> Power of music
  3. Sight -> Agility; Balance; Coordination (hand-eye and/or foot-eye); Power; Reaction time; Speed.
  4. Touch -> Practice self-care lymphatic drainage and deep breathing techniques to attain a holistic approach to the well being of one’s body, mind and soul.
  5. Taste -> All the benefits of drinking water after a good workout!
